Dance styles and some classifications of dance types.
First we are going to start talking about the dance and the dance, both terms are defined as the action of dancing. And what is dancing? Since it is defined as executing rhythmic movements with the body, arms and feet, it must be done to the rhythm or to the beat of the music.
Therefore
music and musical styles are closely linked to dance and dance styles. It is
also a way of expressing and communicating emotions and feelings through our
body

Some types of Ballet are:

o Neoclassical Ballet
o Modern Ballet or Contemporary Ballet
Latin dance
They are a type of dance of South American origin. They can be danced as
a couple to the rhythm of Latin music. These are some of the styles.
o Salsao Merengueo cumbiao Reggaetono BachataModern dance
This
category includes all types of modern dance that are not standardized and that
follow the currents of current fashions

Many classifications of
dance styles include urban dances within modern dance.
Hip-Hop emerged as a cultural and artistic movement in some marginalized neighborhoods of New York such as Harlem and the Bronx by young African Americans and Latinos in the 1970s.
It consists of 4 basic elements: Rap (pray or narrate), Djing (auditory or musical part), Breaking (physical, dance) and Graffitti (visual, paintings).

- Reggae is a musical trend that emerged in Jamaica in the 1960s.Born from its predecessor styles such as ska and rocksteady. One of the main characteristics of reggae is the constant repetition of rhythms at a slower rate than the two styles from which it derives.
